Oscar-winner Russell Crowe addressed the fans of a cash-strapped rugby league football club when looking to purchase a stake in the South Sydney Rabbitohs:

Here at Forge, we have learned so much about who we are and how we work, particularly over the course of the past year. We have grown as a team, refined our service offering and attracted new clients whilst continuing to work on exciting projects with existing ones.
We redesigned our entire creative process and established five simple rules that we, as an agency, choose to live by. In doing this though, it became apparent to us just how important the relationships we have with our clients actually are. Don’t get me wrong, we have always valued the businesses and individuals we work with, but when it came down to it there was always the underlying factor that they were the client and we were simply the service provider. This didn’t sit right with us, because what excites us most is what we achieve by working together. By partnering on every project we are accepting responsibility as a client-agency team to give it our all, respect each others knowledge, skills and strengths and then share in the success of the milestones and final outcome.
It all starts with getting to know you. We have a vested interest and genuine passion to see your brand succeed. We don’t mean it to sound cliche or corny, but the success of our business truly is based on the success of yours.
